About Me
I started my career in Dartmouth, Devon working for my grandfather's marine electrical business. After that I went on to work for other well known marine electrical companies. I also gained experience working on Fairline, Princess and sunseeker boats to name a few.
I reside in Chertsey and cover the south of England's inland waterways as a dedicated boat safety examiner with a passion for ensuring that everyone can enjoy the water safely. I’ve always been drawn to life on the water, and over the years, I’ve made it my mission to help others navigate safely and responsibly.
As a boat safety examiner, I’ve had the privilege of working with boaters of all experience levels, providing safety checks, education, and guidance to make sure their time on the water is enjoyable and compliant with regulations. Whether it’s inspecting vessels, educating on safety practices, or helping boaters meet the necessary requirements, I’m committed to making boating as safe as it is fun.
When I’m not examining boats, you’ll find me on my own boat, so I am always seeking new adventures and staying connected to the boating community.
